Refund Policy

Seven-day refund window

No reason is required. Any one-time purchase of follow-up capacity for the current reading and any subscription charge can be refunded within seven days of the original charge. The one-time purchase applies only to that reading's follow-up capacity and includes no new cast.

Payments are processed by Waffo.com Limited as merchant of record, and Waffo's buyer terms apply to each charge. Your I Ching also offers a 7-day, no-reason refund on every purchase.

How refunds are returned

A refund is returned to the original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, although the payment provider and your bank control the final timing.

Cancellation and refunds are different

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but cancellation is not a refund of a charge already paid. The seven-day refund window applies separately.

Access after a refund

After a refund is issued, we revoke the entitlement granted by the refunded purchase. Previously saved reading records remain subject to the Privacy Policy.

This voluntary policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or any additional protection available under the Waffo Pancake Buyer Terms.
