What counts as one full reading?
One question, one cast, the complete interpretation, and its follow-up allowance. A follow-up question on the same cast never costs a casting.
How do the free quotas work exactly?
The Free card above states the complete anonymous, account, and per-reading allowances. It does not renew automatically and needs no card.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings. Access continues through the paid period, and a reminder email is sent before renewal.
What if I want a refund?
The Refund policy explains the seven-day, no-reason process for one-time follow-up purchases and subscription charges.
Who can see my questions?
You alone. Your questions stay private to your account — never public, and never shown on share cards, which display only the hexagram and its verdict. Payments are processed entirely by Waffo — we never see or store your card number.
